The dryness over scalp or dandruff like flakes can happen either if its seborrheic capitis or sebo paoriasis. In seborrheic capitis the flakes will be thinner and smaller while it will be larger flakes in sebopsoriasis. Sometimes both these conditions can cause increased hairfall because of inflammation. In order to treat you i need more details as well as pictures, you can take a online consult with me to help you out.
Next Steps
