After taking saridon why my stomach starting paining n feel acidity , full abdomen started paining

Paracetamol is notorious for acidity. Don't take medicines without consulting anybody

you should not take it anymore since it is evident that you have developed stomach ache after taking Saridon it could be NSAID induced Gastric Ulcer. so you must stop taking this medicine.
