Sallow skin

I have sallow skin (pale yellow)skin on face than rest of my body. my rest of the body is really fair but my face n neck is yellow looking. it could be tan as 4-5 yrs ago i used to play tennis in sunlight n went for swimming without sunscreen. but i recently visited a dermatologist n by jst looking at my face he doubted of me being anaemic n i got checked for the same n he was right. my haemoglobin levels are 10.1 gm which is extremely low. is my sallow face bcoz of that or tan. he gave me haematinic syrup also which i'm taking along with other iton rich foods. will this give me my original skin color on face back n in how much time. or i will need other treatments?. pls help. really worried of my face color appearance. thanku n have a look at my photo comparing my face n hand color.

It is not extremely low. But yes HB is low. Take direct consultation. You need to take balance diet. Use good sunsreen. Drink enough water 2- 3lit, sleep well 7-8 hours.
