If incase due to some reason you have to take 2 ECP in a week with a gap of 4 days, is it safe to take it or should it be avoided?

If you have to take, you take. The point is that Pill 72 will be effective only against the ovum or Embryo which is already released or formed. It will not act against an ovum which is yet to be released. So Pill 72 taken 4 days earlier will not be effective against an ovum which is released today.
