firstly sacralisation of l5 s1 is not a major problem or disease .it is fusion of two bones commonly caused by congenital reasons[changes at birth] or rarely caused by injury to bone.
whatever be the reason ,as the pain is not frequent, she needs to strengthen her back muscles and increase the spine stability to prevent back pain episodes.
only problem is the reduced stability and early onset of muscle fatigue with physical strain leading to low back pain episodes.
precautions include avoiding prolonged standing, avoid sitting on floor, avoid forward bending and carrying or lifting heavy objects.
back support belt helps to add stability.
please consult a physiotherapist and discuss the problem and get the right solution.
