Runny nose throat irritation,diarrhea

Hi I have throat irritation yesterday and in night caught with cold. Today morning I had one livocetrizine and in evening I had one more livocetrizine and one Azithromycin. After that I had diarrhea with stomach pain. Now I have cold and more irritation in throat. Please suggest. Thanks

Please do not self prescribe. Azithromycin is not a solution for every infection. Give detailed history and consult to get better management.
