Hi. I have runny nose and sneezing sometimes. I have low grade fever, 99°F. Can i take wikoryl 10 tablet or take calpol 500?

Don't take medication without doctor's consultation please.  I have seen lot of anaphylaxis (allergic reaction) after self medication by patient and dealing with icu admission later.
