Rough sores on lips

Having rough sores on lips and few on tongue.This is irritating.What should i do as i am already applying zyteel L?

These can be herpetic or aphthous ulcers.you have to take topical and systemic corticosteroids or and anti herpetic medication based on history. You can consult through this for prescription of medication and dietary instructions.
