Look for your gums if they show any redness in that area
Look for any recent food lodgements in crown areas often indicates secondary decay has started
In case of re infection after root canal- tooth may become tender on chewing. In rare cases you may see a soft tissue swelling to your crown
In extreme cases you may see mobility in the cap due to destruction of underlying tooth (after excluding other factors)
Don't worry much.. Just brush twice a day...
