Root canal treatment as said is process where practically nerves are removed and henceforth tooth should be totally asymptomatic. Rct done perfectly should be painless post operatively. pain following rct is always not due to improper infection management. It can also be due to negligence from the dentist point of view. mere presence of mild pain post rct doesnt always warrant retreatment.

u will have little pain after rct.if it continues after 24 hrs get it checked. rct needs to b done 1ly by skilled dentist. sometimes root fracture could b t cause of pain after rct for which there is no treatment. u need to go for extraction in such case
