No root canal can be done without drilling into the tooth. Yes there are hard tissue lasers but even with that we have to make a hole in the tooth to enter the root canal. Also great quality materials come for a price . Cheap and best doesn’t work in dentistry. Instead look for an experienced dentist who would give you good treatment which will last.
