Root canal
Hi,
I had root canal recently and later the filling up of the canal after a day i feel terrible throbbing pain below my tooth so my dentist remove the filling and leave it opened for some days, after she filled my canal and shaped the top for crown i begin to experience the same pain, now again she has cleaned it and leave it opened and asked me to take antibiotics for 3 days. I have experience terrible pain during last month i wonder what could be the cause and will my tooth ever be able to recover.

reasson can be one of the following
- improper/ imcomplete rct done
- missed a canal
- fracture of tooth
- excessive trauma caused during rct like overinstrumentation.

x ray is needed . take painkillers for few days. if not resolved . whole tooth needs to be re-evaluated and may re rct has to be dine under universal protocols.
