Right side pubic stretching pain

My right testicle side pain with right pubic stretching pain and groin discomfort some swollen white colour type inside right testicle when scrotum is loosened feeling like epididymis is detached separated some white cyst type on testicle lower abdomen pain what could be the cause?? Is this means Epididymis cyst or cancer or Spermatocele After masturbation white color type disappears also when bending or lower abdomen pressing feels like discomfort around right testicle near anus
