Right side abdominal pain from last 2 days on contionous.stool is ok..gas is passing properly . yesterday pain moved to naval also bit now on right side of abdomen only

This may be sign of appendicitis or typhilitis. ULTRASOUND, cbc from a good lab. Visit a SURGEON asap.
