Right Shoulder Sound While Rotating

2021-12-25 19:54:48
Hi, my right side shoulder tends to make popping sound while rotating the hand or when I try to lift my hand up and down, there is no pain. I had a shoulder injury few years back (around 6 years ago), after which the shoulder use to slip and relocate itself with some pain. Also, with my right hand I'm unable to touch my upper back which I'm able to do with the left hand. Recently I have started to workout at the gym and the sound is frequent while doing shoulder workout. Kindly advice.
