I have a pain in right shoulder after falling in the bathroom, it is paining and won't able to rotate my right hand, please help me to understand my problem, and let me know is anything serious by reading my x-ray

Does not seem any bony injury looking at x-rays. Wish it could be more clear picture. But grossly no bone injury Xray u have send for left and mentioned unable to rotate right hand ?
