Right shoulder blades pain

I have shoulder blades pain in right side from last 2-3year. I ll specially while sitting and in bed.some times it's not pain some times it's, nearly 20days in a month I feel pain. What should I do.

Hey , chronic pain around shoulder may be fibromyalgia or fibrofascitis. Clinical examination s suggested. Few blood tests too Therapy, some medication can be suggested to benefit u. Please come to hospital once. Thanks
