Right lung side pain post TB treatment

Hello, It's been 5 months ever since my TB treatment is over but whenever I cough a little i feel a pain in the right lung. Past one week I have been suffering from right lung side pain where I suffered moderate pleural effusion  so cannot sleep towards right side plus blurred vision too. Loss of slight balance too. Please guide

Hello U shud get a repeat chest xray to see for any residual fluid . Most likely it is muscular pain since u have taken treatment U can try some pai  killer for a week

May be some post tb fibrosis,or thickening of pluera.pl take pain killers, and muscle relaxant.pl do Lung exercises with Respirometer. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
