The X-Ray looks normal with no acute or obvious abnormalities. There's good alignment of the spine, preserved vertebral heights and disc spaces, and no signs of fracture, degeneration, or instability.
Next Steps
Maintain a good posture, avoid prolonged sitting, and consider low impact activities like walking to promote circulation.
Health Tips
Schedule a session with a physiotherapist for a thorough physical evaluation. This will include checking your posture, movement patterns, muscle strength, and flexibility, especially around the lower right back.

Hello Seems like you are having a chronic low back pain. As i can see that you have the X-ray done, as an Occupational therapist I would like you to attach your doctors’ report as well. I would also like to know about your profession. I can help you with posture correction, pain management at home and other ergonomic adaptations required as per your need.
Next Steps
Please avoid any position that causes back pain. Avoid exercises that require bending. Avoid picking up an object from the floor by bending directly using your back, use your knees to bend first. Avoid using a thick pillow at night, use a think towel roll under your neck or avoid it altogether. Avoid stomach sleeping and try lying on your back with a pillow under your knees. Do not go for any back massages without consultation.
Health Tips
Before suggesting you any specific exercise or adaptation, please attach an ortho report for better understanding of your condition and to avoid aggravation. If you feel numbness and tingling sensation of the hands and legs, see a doctor immediately.

It doesn't seems or need to spine compression but maybe load , the way you work or sit , basically posture and ergonomics, get consultant and focus on exercise told by physiotherapist and it takes time to heal as you start to unload improper weight pressure
Next Steps
