Due to this issue I am not running or jumping. I do cycling everyday at home and some pushups and dumbbells. Please I need your guidance on this thing 🙏 Thanks

It could be vitamin D deficiency, weak quadriceps, medical injury or loose body in knee joint

It can be because of two possibilities either a low vitamin d level or some meniscus or loose body is coming in your knee motion.
Next Steps
take some vitamin d supplements for 1 month and if still it persist then get an MRI done to rule out other possible
