U need to visit a ortho doctor to have a cervical x ray done to rule out any nerve root compression Becoz that only will cause pain in your shoulder and elbow kindly do have a cervical traction treatment followed by IFT from a nearby Physio

Care of the neck while sleeping and use a cervical pillow
