Right eyelid twitching more than 4 days

My right eye has been twitching for 4 days. It stops in between and then starts again, especially in the morning right after waking up. I’m also confused because I’m taking meditation for my neck problem — is this happening due to the medicines I’m taking, or is it related to the neck issue itself? My Vitamin B12 is 198. I had neck, shoulder, and arm issues, especially on my right side. For that, the doctor has given me these medicines: Thiosyn-4 Napripla 250 Methalfa PF Gabapentin & Methylcobalamin tablets Is the eyelid twitching happening because of these medicines?”

Eyelid twitching is most likely from your low B12 level (198 pg/mL), which can irritate nerves, or as a side effect of gabapentin, rather than your other medications or neck issues. Correcting the B12 deficiency and reviewing gabapentin with your doctor should help resolve it.
