Right Arm shoulder Dislocation problem

Hi Doctor, I recently had this Dislocation to my Right arm(shoulder) . This is my 4th time in 10 years. I was advised by some doctors to undergo a micro surgery recently. I was actually looking out if I can find any other way to avoid surgery? Or else If its a mandatory pls let me know the consequences post surgery. Would like to understand more about this. Also advise for a best doctors and hospitals in and around KPHB - Hyderabad. Thanks in advance!
