Right adnexal complex cyst

My ultrasound report says : E/o well defined cyst with internal echoes measuring approx 32x30mm is seen in right adnexa. Right ovary is not visualised separately. Please guide me if it is a serious problem? and what to do now?

LOOK for endometrial cysts  ,Koch cysts  ,gonoccocal cysts, chronic PID.

Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area. I feel you should have diagnostic laparoscopy and proceed to tackle the complex mass.
