Hi all, I am suffering from rib bone / chest pain. There is a point in my chest bone by pressing which I am getting pain in upper back or in exact opposite area of my back. I experience pain during any movement like when I wanted to sleep one side, wanted to touch my feet etc. I visited 2 doctors regarding this. I have done blood test & found vitamin b12 & D is quite less in my body. So I am having tablets of above vitamins since last 1.5 months. But still I am suffering with same issue. I used to travel 50- 60 km per day by chaning 2 bus & auto. I work for 9-10 hr per day in front of computer. Is the travel is reason for not reduction of my pain ? Please find the attached reports & help me.
