Rheumatoid Arthritis is an autoimmune disease. The symptoms may occur for a long period of time. It would be preferable to start allopathic treatment since it is a chronic condition and will need medicines for a long time..
Next Steps
You can start with hot fomentation,  start with all joint stretching amd strengthening exercises. You can take all the regular food items..  Sometimes some people develop more pain on eating sour foods like lemon, orange, etc. So, it is better to avoid that.
Health Tips
For non allopathic treatment, it would be better to consult non allopathic specialist.  They would be in a better position to prescribe non allopathic medicines.
