Please advise on my report as attached , I have back pain issues and pain in right leg ghutana, Pelvis fat loss from last 1 year , also little pain in neck .

It is clearly lumbar disc herniation.. with multiple disc... Don't rely on reports..  take photos of mri folm and consult me online... Will guide u properly
