Reversal of sugar

Hello Doctor. My fast sugar was 120 in Jan and it started increasing from August 2021. I reversed my fast sugar. Today my sugar is 92 with Hba1c 5.7. I am still doing cycling and walk its help to reduce sugar but took around 8 month. Need suggestion. If again start eating rice, potato or sweets weekly. My sugar will increase again?. Since I am not eating these things from 8 months. Can take my normal diet which I was taking before ?
