I paused my breast feed to baby by using ashwagandha for 30 days due to some issues.Can i restart my breast feed again or can i give some gap. Is there any effect of this medicene on baby after breast feed.

Yes u can start. Keep breast feeding frequently or pump more in order to increase the feed and if low supply then use lactate or Shatavari powder or capsules
