I get bad thoughts every second and i resist them with my full force and i feel good.It is happening from past 1 month and it is getting worse day by day.Now even if i try to resist i feel my brain has been occupied and i cant resist the thoughts and i feel that they just pass through my body.I just want that my resisting power back
