Dr , I have a question that I have high myopia of left -20 and right -12 , can I go for resistance training and gyming , or should I prefer cardio only .

Please do not exceed the weight beyond your limit, in weight lifting the pressure in the closed cavity increases, it may effect the retinal vessels to rupture leads to the retinal hemorrhagic condition..please avoid heavy weight lifting… for more detailed discussion kindly connect
