Sir good evening.. may please see attached ultrasound of abdomen showing some abnormality and lipid report. .pls advice if report shows serious concern.? Remedy?

Hepatosplenomegaly ,, do MP screening. And do exercise and take healthy diet . Stop junk and oily foods ,cut sugar from diet Probably without any medicine your reports will be normal

Fatty liver gr1 Ldl deranged. Change life style n diet plan drastically first otherwise no therapy gives u proper results. UDILIV 300 two times a day after food for 2 months. Liv 52 one at night for 2 months. Sorbilin 10.ml after dinner for 4 weeks.
