"An HbA1c of 5.7% combined with a fasting glucose of 92 mg/dL places you at the very early entry point of the Pre-diabetes range. At 27, this is not a permanent diagnosis but a metabolic 'warning light.' Additionally, your Vitamin B12 (300 pg/mL) and Vitamin D3 (25 ng/mL) are in the 'insufficient' zone. These deficiencies often correlate with the fatigue and metabolic sluggishness seen in early insulin resistance
Next Steps
Because pre-diabetes at a young age is often linked to metabolic syndrome, a formal clinical consultation with a General Physician is mandatory. We need to check your BMI and Blood Pressure to ensure a comprehensive preventative plan.
Health Tips
DO CONNECT AND CONSULT WITH ME FOR BETTER TREATMENT PLAN AND ADVICE...... 5.7% is the perfect time to act. Small changes now will prevent a lifetime of medication later. Book a consultation so we can set specific targets for your diet and vitamin correction to get your metabolism back to 100%."

Sir, reports dekhe to fasting sugar 92 normal hai, lekin HbA1c 5.7 borderline (pre-diabetes range) me aa raha hai, tension wali baat nahi hai but thoda lifestyle pe dhyan dena padega. B12 around 300 theek hai, koi treatment ki zarurat nahi abhi. Vitamin D3 25 thoda low side hai, uske liye weekly vitamin D supplement (60k IU once weekly for 6–8 weeks) le sakte hain, phir monthly maintenance. Abhi main focus diet aur exercise pe rakhiye — sugar, maida, junk kam kariye, daily 30–40 min walk/exercise start kariye. Is stage pe medicines ki zarurat nahi hoti, lifestyle se hi control ho jata hai. 3 months baad HbA1c repeat kara lijiye.
