The polyp surgery that you have under gone rules out cancer But there  is infection You need to take a cause of antibiotic you can connect for a prescription and repeat papsmear after 6 weeks of antibiotic therapy

You have endocervical polyp ,squamous metaplasia. Both are non cancerous conditions.

Your biopsy report shows an endocervical polyp with mild squamous metaplasia. Both of these are generally benign changes, not signs of cancer.
