I am starting this from beginning.
In 2015 i got through a surgery laparoscopic pyeloplasty of my left kidney as i am suffering from PUJ obstruction.
A DJ Stent was left inside my urine pipe which was removed after 2 months.
Then I was fine.
Now in 2017 september 1 I suffered from MALARIA.
Now I have recovered from that but still on medications.
In reports doctors did ultrasound and are telling that the PUJ OBSTRUCTION ON LEFT kidney has recurred.
And it will be treated after complete recovery from malaria.
Yesterday tried to masturbate,there was dry ejaculation and my left testicle has swollen and the right testicle has shrinked.I am too much worried what to do now.
Please suggest me the best opinion of yours
Also suggest me some diet products. I am too much worried about dry ejaculation.
Hello. Very Good evening. As a doctor, I can understand that, How many health issues you had in past, and now swelling & shrunken of testicles. But this can be confirmed only by doing Ultrasound Scrotum which will give the Whole information about the testicles. May be there is an infection called epidydmytis. Please also have a complete blood count ( CBC). For this you have to consult a General or Laproscopic surgeon. I'm also a Kidney specialist. You should also seek an opinion from Nephrologist, who has taken care of you in 2015. Please don't worry and get dishearted. Always be optimistic, Malaria is curable.
