Hi. Sometimes if you have not slept for past some days or if u had worries and still slept with sadness or if u r too stressed then also pain can be caused. Or sometimes ineffective huge thoughts would pressurize Ur mind causing pain. U can try normal head massage and try sleeping for a longer duration of time. Avoid negative thoughts and also too much of overthinking. Pain will gradually reduce. If these dont work out then see a doctor.
