Renal pelvis of feotus

I am 19 week pregnant with twins. One of my feotus in anamoly scan is showing pyelectasis problem. Presently renal pelvis measurement is 4.1mm.although amniotic fluid is normal. is it a matter of worry. What can I do.

nothing to worry mild dilatation (4to7 mm) usually resolve over the course of gastation or after delivery

Nothing to worry, in your next scans you'll get to know if it is progressing, as long as it does not go beyond 10 nothing to worry.
