Hi dental cavities are irreversible destruction of tooth structure and they can be restored only with different restorative material, newer filling materials promise good life after restoration but it all depends on upto what extent the caries are..best is visit ur nearest dentist for proper diagnosis.best of luck ..feel free to ask ne further queries..

Hi, it's always better to treat cavity or decay at its initial stage only. You need an oral examination and X-ray to find out extent of decay.
