I was in a relation for 3 years. We have been close. Then she broke up. Now how can I let go of this urge that I haveof talking with her constantly. How can I let go and walk away for good ?

Now a days relationship break ups are very much Common but to handle it very much hard and difficult. 1.Accept the reality .accet the breakup. 2.Do not hold emotions, let it flow and release to free ur mind. 3.Try to avoid her  social sites. 4.Delete or avoid all her memories, gift etc. 5.Learn from this incident that -in life anything can happen anytime in life- u have to  e prepared.
