I think you are facing difficulty in managing your emotions and also having difficulty with your coping strategies. According to me these problems must be addressed from core. Its not a one day thing. I will suggest you to take therapeutic sessions from clinical psychologist for some time. It doesnot mean you have any mental problem. I am suggesting it so that you can fix your wrong coping techniques and also learn to handle and channelize your emotions.
