After extraction of various teeth and currently 3 teeth getting loose & falling on their on from the upper jaw

Hii.. I need proper history for loosening of the teeth.. there are chances of periodontitis ( pyorrhoea) for loosening of the teeth. First you need to get rid of the cause for falling teeth & after that treatment & healing gums you can go for the replacement of the teeth.
