Regular acid reflux after every 4 days

My brother who is 26 years old is having serious digestive issues. He had taken allopathic treatment for it but it hadn't helped for very long. Now his condition has deteriorated and he has to regularly take omez cap. To avoid severe acid reflux. He is also having problem of frequent bowels and has to go for motion for 5-8 times a day. I need a permanent lifestyle and routine change for him so that he gets rid of all these permanently. As Ayurveda is the best branch to deal with such issues i.e. why I have posted this. Pls. Help. I am ready to take paid session also.
