Take regestrone twice daily for 5 days u should start your cycle within a week of stopping regrstrone . Please get yourself evaluated to make your cycles regular . . And also please do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy before taking regestrone .

First and foremost is rule it pregnancy...Plz check ur serum beta hcg level..check ur tag ,prolactin levels...Do ultrasonography of pelvis ..ACC to reports and endometrial thickness , ur gynec Dr will manage ur case properly..Root cause is imp....Rather than blindly taking regestrone..May fail if u take directly...
