The calculation in Google is based on formulas which have some basal error rate. Which means when they say it's 10+/- 3, they mean it's somewhere between 7-13. Also calculations are just a rough way of getting the number.
Here in this report what you are getting is what has actually been tested and found, not based on some calculation. So don't worry about what Google says about these values and focus on the report what you have recieved.
