I have low concentrations and memory also going tto pass stool 3-4 times...which multivitamin to use

Hi instead of eating supplements I recommend a good diet. You must avoid fibre in your food to stop your stools so frequently  ..salads, whole grains. Eat khichri,  chidwa with curd , banana to stop motions.

yes u need a planned diet with cooked vegetables,fruits and steamed greengram,methi sprouts.everyday. Drink buttermilk,intake two/three tsf ghee.,a cup of boiled cooled milk. Vegetable soup is best healthdrink. Walk playsports,yoga for for fitness.
