Dear doctor Iam 15th week pregnant with twins by IVF. Do I need to stiching in cervix. Iam confused, Stiching is necessary or I should go without stiching process

Stitching is advisable if the diameter of the internal os is  more than 8 millimeters and length of cervix is less than 2.5 CM

This will be decided by cervical length on usg and internal os diameter. You can't decide ..your gynaecologist will decide regarding it
