Can I carry twin pregnancy upto 40 week if no problem persist.currently I am in 38th week. And do my tubes tied along with c section.

At 38 weeks adequate Lang maturity has been achieved better to go with elective cesarean section as doing a cesarean in emergency would be risky Also tubal ligation not advised  if this is your first pregnancy
