Regarding Tb treatment

My grandfather was diagnosed TB 7 month ago and was under medication for 6month. Medication ended on 16 dec 2022, that is one month ago. From last 10 days he was again suffering from excess cough.Last time when he was given ATT drug he was feeling uncomfortable many times and SGPT, SGOT was very high that time.Test were done report are attached:- Currently LFT is normal and CBC report is also normal. **Seputm test- again positive Medicine given currently are- Amoxicillin-625mg and montolucast 10mg and one cough syrup. Tb medicine can  be given again or what should we do plzz suggest sir . 🙏🙏🙏

get the sputum for dst and afb culture too

Many reasons for above situation first always evaluate for tb drug susceptibility testing and genetic testing for rapid tb diagnosis. Discuss treatment medicine option based on results. Of done methodically will give good results.

Pl have culture and sensitivity for anti tb drugs.As per the report, pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
