Regarding Suspicion on Dengue
Greetings Doctor,
My father was diagnosed with Acute ischemic brain stroke on 31/08/23 and was discharged on 5/09/24.
After roughly a month i.e day before yesterday he had a fever (100-101), Consulting a Physician He Suspected Dengue or UTI, also gave some medicines and Has Suggested Some Tests for further Evaluation.
Today in the morning my father had a temperature of exactly 97°F and also pain in urinary tract is less. The Reports has also arrived (Sample was taken yesterday i.e 4/10/23)

Hello this is not dengue. This is a urinary tract infection.
I think your father must also have diabetes because he had a stroke. Usually UTI happen in diabetics.
He requires antibiotics. He requires both blood culture as well as urine culture with sensitivity profile.
He also requires an immediate ultrasound abdomen to see whether any big infection is happening.
My next guess is that you have your father on a catheter because of the stroke. If so the catheter can be the source of infection. Remove it and change it immediately. Start him on injection antibiotics and wait for culture reports.
