A heart rate of 130 to 150 is not normal.  There are certain abnormal rate conditions such as atrial fibrillation / flutter, SVT  and other tachy arrhythmias. These have chances of going into abnormal  VT / VF ( cardiac arrest) or can lead to stroke if untreated You need to certain things 1. Meet a cardiologist 2. Get ECG, check your electrolytes and TFT 3. Get holter monitoring for 24 hours.  It checks variability in your heart rate and based on that cardiologist can decide upon treatment plan. 4. a 2D echo 5. Check Hb 6. Blood pressure monitoring

A pulse rate of 130-150 bpm during sleep for 4.5 months is significantly elevated and not normal — sleep heart rate should ideally be below 70 bpm. Sustained high heart rates over months can put strain on the heart muscle over time and need to be evaluated urgently. This could indicate a cardiac arrhythmia like SVT or atrial flutter.
Next Steps
Please get an ECG and a 24-hour Holter monitor done and consult a cardiologist urgently. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Your symptoms may be related to stress or anxiety. However, a cardiology consultation and an ECG are recommended to rule out any cardiac cause.
